I had 3 interviews with the department I applied to, and one interview with HR, very straight forward process The Organization is very big, so interview type will depend on the department you applied to.

Discriminative. Interviewed multiple times for different positions. Had chances to interview with hiring managers prior to phone screenings, but all the communications end abruptly (ghosted) once hr knows about my non- PR status. From my understanding, asking candidates about their specific status information is illegal. I guess that’s the main purpose of phone screening-no traceability.
