Interview
I did an online application first and then got a phone interview first. One week later I did an online assessment about personality and behavior. Around another week later, there was a face-to-face interview with the branch management team.
Got an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview itself took about 20min. First thing they asked me is to go through my resume and how my experience would apply for this job. Rest of the questions they ask are very similar to the traditional questions ex: what are your strengths, weaknesses etc. however they are worded differently in a way to see how you react (confuse) you. So make sure to adapt your answers. Use recent examples and make sure you have atleast 2 prepared.

Interview
I got a phone call for an interview, and then went in. I then got called for a second interview. The good thing is that I was able to negotiate my wage and HR accepted.
