Interview
The interview for this position was very forward thinking and insightful. The interviewer was clear in their interest in employees striving to move up in the company and stay with TD after applying to this role. The questions were personal enough to understand the mindset of the applicant but in no way invasive. The interviewer also laid out all of the logistics and expectations of the employee upon starting to work for the company, which was helpful.

one phone interview and one branch interview. If you have good connections you can skip the phone interview. mostly behavioral questions about how you handled different situation. focus on customer advice/service and some sales goals youve met in the past

Pretty straight-forward, had both the Manager of Customer Experience and Branch Manager in the interview. Asked very generic case based/tell me about yourself type questions. Had two rounds of interviews. Asked about experience in customer service and sales.
