Was casual interview with store manager. They give you a free drink. Just ask the same weird would you steal would you like to advance questions. They ask s lot about tell me about your customer experiences and how would you deal with an evil customer. It was very relaxed and they made it funny and breezy.

Interview
Sat down with Manager while she explained everything Starbucks has to offer. Told the company background had me do coffee tasting. Showed me what jobs was expected as a barista and shift supervisor. Talked about the possibility of future advancement. introduced me to the other partners and customers then showed me around the store.

Interview
Applied for Barista and in the middle of process the shift supervisor role came up too. Got an invite for a chat at the store with the manager. Standard interview. Asked about how to handle customers, explain of a customer complaint and how you resolved it. How to handle rude employees etc. Then got invited to a work trail where you work for a couple of hours to see if you like the style and job and if they think you will fit in the team. Got an offer a few days later. Whole process took two weeks.
