Sat down with Manager while she explained everything Starbucks has to offer. Told the company background had me do coffee tasting. Showed me what jobs was expected as a barista and shift supervisor. Talked about the possibility of future advancement. introduced me to the other partners and customers then showed me around the store.

A variety of asks; mostly scenarios and conflict resolution. If you have previous in management at previous jobs you'll be fine! They want quite a few examples of responses to stress.

Asked about passions, hobbies and why you want to work there as well as previous experience. Not difficultly and was laid back. Not much preparation needed. Be prepared to talk about hobbies and what beverages and food items you enjoy.
