Interview
Applied online and got a call back from HR within about a week, they offered me an interview scheduled for about a week after that. It was a pretty standard interview process, going through my CV and asking for me to write a response to a hypothetical inquiry. Both interviewers were very friendly and encouraging. They responded 2 weeks later in an email saying I did not get the job.
