Springer Nature Editorial Assistant interview questions

I applied in November 2021. I had a telephonic interview in January 2022. After the telephonic interview, within a week, a personal interview took place. General questions were asked regarding your past experience and the publishing process. Within two days, I was informed by HR that I had cleared the personal interview as well. Then I was asked to submit my documents. After I submitted all the required documents, I didn't hear back for 3 to 4 days. I contacted HR and HR replied back saying the position has gone on hold.
