I applied online using Indeed. After a few weeks, I received an email to do a phone interview. We scheduled a time for the call, which lasted about five minutes.

Phone interview followed by a written competency test and face to face interview. Competency test involved questions to assess ability to manage situations that could arise in the workplace. Questions were very similar in both interviews, and interviewers were friendly and conversational.
