Springer Nature Editorial Assistant interview questions

Initial interview was relaxed yet professional. I immediately felt comfortable. There were only 2 interviewers at this stage and most questions were predictable. Lasted a total of 40 minutes with plenty of room to ask my own questions.

The hiring and interview process from sending my application to getting the offer was just shy of a two-month timeline. A few weeks after applying, I received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screen. Next, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, completed a written assessment, and had a video interview with the hiring manager and her boss. About a week after my final interview, the recruiter reached out to check my references. Then, I was offered the position. Overall, the interview process went really well. Every person I interacted with was so kind.
