I applied online. I interviewed at Ricoh (Hong Kong)
Interview
Got call from HR and arranged meeting. First interview with HR for basic information, then the Sales Manager came up for 2nd round. Took hour and half for two sections, HR contacted me three days later for job offer
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ricoh (Tucker, GA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Who I interviewed with was very polite and thorough, she made it a lot less nerve racking and she went over everything thoroughly so I didn't have many questions left to ask.
Basic phone interview first, then a face to face individual interview a few days later. Manager was nice & laid back. He didn't ask me much. The whole interview literally took 10mins.he stated he was impressed w my background & resume. Explained the position which would be starting out in reception then moving to help others within the office. Interviewer kept talking about how people get off topic during interviews, when he was doing the same thing.starting pay is $10.50/hr with benefits & 5 floating holidays immediately. Each positions varies depending on the client Ricoh is servicing. They sometimes operate within other companies to manage their printers, copiers ect.
