Ricoh Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview was smooth, however the hiring process took almost one month. The interviewers were three people but they were very nice. I was very comfortable talking to them.

Multi step process. Phone screen with recruiter followed by personality test. About a week later did phone interview with sales manager followed by face to face interview with manager. The process was thorough. The recruiter did a great job of staying in touch and updating me on next steps.
