Interview
Was given an contact number by a friend of a friend. From there my information was passed on to a recruiter. The recruiter emailed me the next day a preliminary interview questionnaire. This consisted of basic questions about my past and how I heard about the company. A few days later I was emailed another questionnaire. This one contained maybe 40 behavior and scenario questions. A few days later I was called on the telephone to come in for an interview.

Interview
Initial contact was through a job fair. Presented self and resume in a professional manner. Requested and granted an interview with the office manager. First interview is the litmust test. Manager was looking for ability to communicate and present oneself, interest in the position, aptitude/desire to study/pass exams for professional certifications, and proactive desire to build book of business. Questions include how to handle rejection, experience approaching clients, why an interest in business. Expected to work on a identifying proposed clients for subsequent interviews.
