Plug Power interview questions

Interviewed with two different engineers over zoom. Very relaxed interview with only a few technical questions. They wanted to hear about my own personal interests which is always nice from interviewers

Avoid at all costs!!! Huge waste of time!!! Just like everybody else has already said, I’ve interviewed with this company twice and both times everybody was extremely happy with me and was told they would schedule a follow up offer right away… Never received any more information from the recruiter so it was followed up by emailing back a week later and still I got no response. Then proceeded to email them very other day for almost two weeks (both times) and got zero response from anybody in the recruiting department. Avoid at all costs this place is a joke and obviously their recruiters and HR don’t do their jobs. When a company can’t even be bothered by candidates they want to hire it’s probably best to just avoid at all costs!!! Do it once, maybe it was a mistake, but there is a clear pattern here that nobody at that company cares to acknowledge. They claim they want “the best”, but you won’t get that treating applicants like this!
