Plug Power interview questions

Took about a month after I'd applied to receive interest from the recruiter. Went in to speak to 2 manufacturing mechanical engineers from the team, the director of manufacturing operations, and another engineer and production manager. Questions just circled through my background and any experience with processes which they severely lacked. The other MEs did not have much questions to ask and I received an offer the next day. Unfortunately with companies like these, getting an offer the next day isn't a good thing. It means they're desperate to fill the role. I did accept the job but did not last long as they have more issues than any of them can count.

Phone screen followed by video interview followed by explanation of benefits, background search, news that upper management has not yet approved the creation of such position, then ghosting. Don't waste your time, even if you try to contact HR, mail tracking will show your emails are being read but nobody will bother to reply.
