Octopus Energy interview questions

The interview process was very smooth, there were a lot of stages in the process but I moved through the stages of the interviews quite quickly. It was very laid back and comfortable, the interviewers were friendly.

Sent off my CV, had a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, then a face-to-face interview with my line manager. The telephone interview was very friendly and was trying to gauge if you'd fit the company's culture (enthusiastic about the idea of delivering uncomplicated, cheap, green energy to people) and the face-to-face interview was more geared towards your experience and suitability for the role.
