Octopus Energy interview questions

It was about four one to one interviews with different members of the organisation. Each interviewer asked questions related to their area. It was very informal and casual and not much preparation could be done in advance.

The interview process was tough but enjoyable. It consisted of a phonecall and a skype call with Aasimah from Instant Impact, followed by 2 online reasoning tests, a 'discovery day' hosted by Octopus and then a futher interview with 2 members of staff from Octopus. Throughout the entire interview and recruitment process Aasimah was so very helpful in keeping me informed and giving helpful tips. She was so lovely and extremley supportive. The discovery day consited of; an icebreaker, a customer service task, a research task, a Q&A and an individual interview. It was hosted on zoom but was still enjoyable and was a good way to learn more about the company! Everyone involved in the recruitment process were so lovely and have made me even more excited to start working for Octopus!
