Octopus Energy Customer Service interview questions

I applied online, the process took 3 weeks. First you have a call with a recruiter where you discuss the role, after this you need to complete Math and Literacy tests. You are invited then to a virtual Discovery day at Octopus where together with other candidates you need to complete different tasks, this is relaxed and enjoyable. After that a Final interview and a job offer. I My recruiter Aasimah was very helpful and supportive throughout the process, I can't thank her enough.

Quite casual, but also thorough and re-asking what I had said to be clear with my answers- which helped me give better answers. Overall very friendly and succinct interview, very pleasant experience.
