I enjoyed the interview process, I was encouraged to be myself which made the process flow a lot smoother for me. The Discovery day was interesting because out is something that I have never taken part in. I felt that could have been a bit more vocal which is one thing I feel I could have improved on.

Took about a month, from first interview to last stage. Was a draining experience as felt like a part time job in its self. Unfortunately didn’t get offered the job, wouldn’t have felt so bad if I didn’t get so far into the process. I understand they wanted the right candidate but to get to a stage 6 roughly of an interview process to say no felt disheartening.

Long interview process. Was done over a few different days. It was a good experience but I just thought it didn’t need to be so long winded considering the salary and job role. However seems like a great company to work for.
