Recruiter rang me, we had a chat over the phone, then had a Skype interview with the same person, then completed a numerical and verbal reasoning online test, then had a zoom call with staff and other applicants, this was called a ‘discovery day’ which included different team work tasks and a chatty individual interview, then final interview over video call was the final step.

Interview
I was given a phone interview and then a Skype interview followed by a maths and english test, I was given really positive feedback in the interview but it seems that this company never stop interviewing people. If you are lucky enough to get a space on a discovery day straight away then you don't get left in the lurch of "maybe someone will drop out" as they only take forward what they describe as the "strongest candidates". I've been waiting for about a month now for a space to open up on a discovery day, really feels like i've had my time wasted.
