I loved how accommodating everyone was when it came to my interview process. I was traveling in the middle and had a time crunch on when I needed to hear the acceptance by, and the Merge team worked hard to adjust to my schedule. In addition, I appreciated how I was given feedback on my technical round so that I was able to understand how to improve. In many other places I had applied to, I was ghosted after writing a 10 page paper, but here, the SDR manager reviewed my work with me.
