Asked about your values and what you are looking for in a career opportunity. IKEA explained their culture and asked what you felt about it. A big focus was on sustainability and how you stay environmentally conscious. A big focus was on how you can improve their growing business and expand within a team. Having a focus on what your decision making is important and how flexible you are working in other areas of the store as there is a high turn-over rate. The positions are very hands on and customer friendly attitude is a must. The stores are always changing so being able to adapt and work with urgency is important.
