Submitted cv and cover letter through online recruit agency. Then got a phone call from HR to arrange first time in person interview which was a group interview, asking you to introduce yourself and why you wanna work for IKEA. If you pass first round, you will get contact from HR again for second interview with departement manager, asking more questions about your CV. It was easy and relaxing.
