Interview
Interview has five stages. Interviewed by Regional Manager, Recruitment team, Regional account manager and sales director. Company is very focused on their core values and corporate culture. This company is not only about selling tools, it is very much focused on selling software solutions.
Very detail oriented and quite challenging, which brings the best out of us when looking into our potential. They also brief us in detail regarding our career path and opportunities if we were to be hired or shortlisted.

What is my biggest challenge as a salesperson in my previous work?
Waste of time.. Will lead you on over a period of 4-8 weeks, you have to constantly chase emails and then in final stages will fabricate a reason not to proceed with you further or you're ghosted. All promotions are internal, best option would be to start as a graduate. Avoid if possible. Best of luck.
