The managers on the call were brilliant, didn't ask generic questions which allowed for some thinking and to go into depth. Not rushed.
The teams call was relaxed and they got to know me first before asking a lot of questions.

They typically start with a phone interview, which is essentially a screening step to filter out most candidates. I would advise applicants to approach this company with caution. Based on my experience, they do not seem genuine about hiring and appear to be continuously pooling candidates. I have applied three times since 2021, and the same pattern repeats—constant job postings, no real progress, and their “pooling” cycle almost always begins in December.
I have also attempted to follow up with their hiring team several times, but they either ignore the email or send an automated response claiming that I withdrew my application—which I did not. So, please be careful when applying to this company.

Good, they wated to get to know you personally too which helps. An understanding of construction/projects build setps and added bonus. Comms was good throughout, want to keep you and grow you.
