Interview
Great Interview process, Very diligent 3 rounds meeting with every part of the organisation. High importance on values and how you would handle those situations. Initial meeting was with hr member followed by a round of day interviews which include seniors members of Hilti local and Hilti corporate about 1-2 hours per interview and two during that day. A response is then given a few days later. A highly enjoyable experience where the interview process wasn't an interrogation but more of a look into where you would fit into the Hilti community

Started with a standard phone interview then I was contacted a few weeks later for a face to face interview which was much more detailed. Hilti is really looking for very young people that are willing to travel around the world to get promoted or take lateral positions.
