Frontiers interview questions

The interview process consisted of two parts. The first interview was fairly standard and included typical questions about my motivation, previous experience, and knowledge of the company. The second interview was much more intense. It lasted about 60 minutes and involved a series of rapid, detailed questions that required answers using the STAR method. Candidates were expected to provide real-life examples, and the questions ranged from common ones such as “How do you handle conflict in the workplace?” to more challenging ones like “When do you think it is the right time to ask for a promotion?” and “How do you see the role of a manager?” — even though the position itself is not a managerial one. After that, there was an additional 15-minute role-play exercise. In this part, you had to negotiate the company’s mission with the interviewer and explain the entire publishing process within the company, even though this information is not something candidates are familiar with before joining.
