The interview process consisted of two parts.
The first interview was fairly standard and included typical questions about my motivation, previous experience, and knowledge of the company.
The second interview was much more intense. It lasted about 60 minutes and involved a series of rapid, detailed questions that required answers using the STAR method. Candidates were expected to provide real-life examples, and the questions ranged from common ones such as “How do you handle conflict in the workplace?” to more challenging ones like “When do you think it is the right time to ask for a promotion?” and “How do you see the role of a manager?” — even though the position itself is not a managerial one.
After that, there was an additional 15-minute role-play exercise. In this part, you had to negotiate the company’s mission with the interviewer and explain the entire publishing process within the company, even though this information is not something candidates are familiar with before joining. Overall, it was quite demanding and exhausting (like the job itself, I found that later.)

I applied online. I interviewed at Frontiers in Mar 2026
Interview
Very thorough with how you handle your previous jobs. You must possess strong sales skills to be hired. Get familiar with yourself and give time to answer their questions. If you must, write down their questions bc some can be complex.

Your experience in Sales and you must pass a role play exercise
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Frontiers (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2026
Interview
The process was quite straight forward and information was sufficiently provided as of the renumeration, benefits, role nature and the materials to familiarise yourself with the whole interview process. All of the recruiters/interviewers are nice, friendly and willing to listen to your ideas and experiences.
Experienced a little bit of a delay for the feedback/decision after the final stage interview, but overall, everything was crystal clear and without hassles.
