I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC (Richmond Hill, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
Two days after submitting my resume online, a HR rep scheduled a phone interview with me and asked simple questions about my background and customer service experience. The next day I received a call from the branch manager to schedule an in-person interview. My interview only took about 20 minutes and the interviewer focused heavily on my flexibility. Two weeks later, I received a call saying I got the job.
