I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at CIBC (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied through an agency. You start as a long-term contract. If you work well, you will get a permanency offer. Everyone on my team started off with a contract. The interview process was very quick. I got a response from the agency within the same day I applied. Then they sent my resume to the manager and the next day I got an appointment for an interview. The interview wasn't hard but you need to have a lot of examples of what you did well in your past jobs. The managers are very nice. There is no stress at all. Then, I got an offer two days after.
