CIBC Consultant interview questions

Multiple face to face interviews, there were two rounds, however I was moving over from another internal department through another employee referral. Each interview was about an hour in length, during working hours.

They went through my CV. The position was not a junior position but at the same time it was not a senior position either. I stated that based on my previous experience I can easily perform the job. Still at the end I got a rejection and that too at 1030PM at night.
