CIBC Consultant interview questions

The interview process began with an initial HR screening to understand my background and career goals. This was followed by a technical or case-based round to assess my problem-solving and domain expertise. I then had one or more interviews with team members or hiring managers focused on behavioral questions, collaboration style, and role fit. Throughout the process, communication was prompt, and I had the opportunity to ask questions and understand the team dynamics better.

Very welcoming and friendly but asked very complex questions and then went and met the team who was friendly, not the nicest of office or location and was very unorganised
