CIBC Consultant interview questions

Three rounds, one technical case. First met with HR, and then 2 members of the team with a case. Last interview was with the hiring manager. Technical questions were straight forward.

Was called for an interview with the HR Partner and the Head of the Department which posted the position. The interview questions focused on skills and experience. It was an in person interview. Questions also focused on ability to work within a team and collaboratively with other departments and sought examples of situations where and how conflicts were dealt with. After the interview, received a phone call that the selection was confirmed and the rest was paperwork with HR. Overall it was a smooth process.
