I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Booking.com (Vilna) in Feb 2019
Interview
Pretty straight forward phone interview. Hiring manager was open and honest in questions and comments. Answered all questions and took necessary steps to make it a convenient interview. We discussed the job content, working hours, payment schedule, base salary, extended days/hours payment schemes, development possibilities, benefits, etc. in required depth and transparency. My salary expectations due to my experience level was quite higher than their offer, so we discussed other opportunities within the company. So I take it as a positive interview. Thanks booking.com

Question 1
How I manage a conflict between members in the team?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booking.com (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2018
Interview
I think Booking.com should seriously consider replacing the hiring manager with a robot. The candidates would most likely not even notice.
One of the most disappointing interview experiences I've had. The hiring manager read questions from a script and did not engage in the conversation at all.
I was hoping for a conversation between two human beings but instead it turned into a monologue.
The hiring manager did not ask any further questions when I gave answers, all they did was write down my answers.
As it was a video interview, I noticed the hiring manager was constantly busy taking notes, even leaving awkward seconds of silence at the end of nearly each answer of mine.
In the end I was rejected on ground of missing soft skills. What I find ironic is that I was not able to detect any soft skills on the other end. How can a company who make their interview process as zombified as possible expect their applicant to showcase a wide array of soft skills?
Overall it seemed the process was designed to have candidates tell a monologue and focus on the negatives rather than what the candidate can offer.
