Interview
The interview lasts for 40 minutes with 5 competency questions. They read out the definition of the competency they were going to ask and then requested me to provide examples.

After an online questionnaire that lasted around one hour, you were invited in for an assessment interview. This lasted for one hour and several key questions were asked. The questions were based on the communication, customer service, drive and excellence

Interview
I was asked if I still wanted to apply the post that I had applied for. The lady was friendly and asked if it was alright to conduct an interview with me over the telephone.
When speaking with anyone it is best to be polite and professional in all manor of business communication.
It is best if possible to have a land line for an interview.
