Barclays Customer Service Advisor interview questions

The interview process was in three parts. Stage 1 was an online application, stage 2 was online assessments (behavioural/situational tests) and stage 3 was a live video interview over Microsoft Teams. I submitted my application on 26th September and I got an offer on 17th October. During the video interview, they ask three competency-based questions; interpersonal skills, technical skills, and control environment.
