AstraZeneca Senior Scientist interview questions

HR screening followed by a 1-on-1 interview with the hiring manager. These interviews were completed within 3 days. Virtual full panel interview including research presentation and small group Q&A session. Virtual full panel interview was completed in one day. Most people were courteous and asked basic questions. Some questions were scientific in nature and others about general background. Received offer letter within 2 weeks after interviews.

It was a very good experience. The interviewers were prepared and had some thoughtful questions. I enjoyed the conversations with them and learned more about the company. The process was hiring manager call and then five other meetings with different groups/individuals, scientist to Sr. Director.
