Had 2 rounds of interviews. HR interview was good, she was very friendly and nice. Line manager interview was not great. Questions were easy but felt that interviewer was biased, already made up her mind not to select me. She felt I am overqualified, not sure why did they ask for an interview on the first place. Waste of time.
Phone screening, call with hiring manager, and panel. It was very smooth. I did 45 mins presentation and 15 mins QA. They asked very smart questions and followed by future directions of the field.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Cambridge, East of England, England) in May 2023
Interview
There were three rounds of interview. First one with HR, second one with the hiring manager and the last one with hiring manager and the director of the department. Technical interview was easy but the value interview was a bit tricky. However, many questions can be found in this Glassdoor community. You should use STAR methods and align to AZ value to answer those behaviour questions.
