Ascension interview questions

Had phone interview. waited until 15 minutes after the interview was supposed to begin. No one called. Emailed the recruiter, she said she would check to see if the position is still available (shouldn’t that have been taken care of before my scheduled interview??) an hour later I got an auto rejection email…. Very unprofessional

She asked me typical interview questions and told me about the orientation process. She introduced me to team members and made me really feel like I was going to get a potential offer. She said things such as "when you start...." No offer. They typically hire within here, and since it is a small unit, I should have known there would be no offer.
