Ascension interview questions

7 rounds of interviews, last one was an on-site visit. Did not advance past second-to-last stage with Vice President. Asked the same questions each stage of the interview for a high $60k salary, more intense than other interview processes for much higher stakes roles. Asked odd “fun questions”

Overall the recruitment and interview process was a positive experience. The recruiter I worked with was very responsive and organized. Everyone I spoke to during interviews was very welcoming and approachable.
