Ascension interview questions

This response is for the NICU department. The interview questions were straightforward nursing interview questions (how do you delegate, describe strengths and weaknesses, etc.). They did ask why I was interested in the NICU since it is a highly specialized unit so prepare to have an answer for that. Many RNs have a personal story tied to it but I did not.
