Ascension interview questions

I got an initial phone screening. Everything went well and the recruiter told me she would get back to me with next steps. I never heard from them again ever after a follow up. Ghosting is unprofessional. Interview questions for screening were very easy and basic.

There was first a phone interview and then a virtual interview followed by an in person interview. In line with typical interview process from other companies that I have interviewed with.
