I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ascension (Pensacola, FL) in Dec 2015
Interview
There was a peer interview by the department, which I really liked, versus only meeting the supervisor/mgr. Then from there you complete the required documents for HR as with any other new hire. Transitioning into the role was seamless for the most part and if there were any issues they were handled very well.

Question 1
What past experiences have prepared me for this role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ascension (Mobile, AL) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview was okay, but once I was hired I realized the interviewer was not honest about my job duties. The interview was actually pretty easy, straightforward and to the point. I sat with the lead technician and assistant director of pharmacy during my interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ascension (Detroit, MI) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied and got called for a phone interview, and a few weeks later, I got called in for an in person interview. The receptionist was nice however the two interviewers were very cold, many of the questions they were asking were customer service related of course, inbound and outbound calls, 24 hours a day, questions regarding how I would deal with different situations. They were both listening and jotting down information, and some questions were repetitive; same questions asked in different formats. Also they did a bait and switch, the hours and times I applied for they claimed were no longer available, but midnight shift was available, which I couldn't do that's why I applied for mornings. They seemed very interested and said they were still in the process of hiring people but would give a call that week and be in contact.I checked my email daily and phone and never received a call back, email, nothing at all. I soon got hired at another place a month later that pays better with better hours.
