Ascension interview questions

Interview with manager and office supervisor, unprofessional. Manager was late, supervisor just sat there not asking anything. Manager was taking calls during interview and did not seem to pay much attention to process. It seemed like they just needed a body and wanted to get someone in place asap

Had a phone interview with basic interview questions and was told the recruiter and hiring manager will look over my application and interview questions and get back with me within 10 days to talk about the next steps
