Ascension interview questions

Interviewed with nurse manager for the unit. Toured the unit and met other staff. Answered several "what would you do in .... situation" questions. Received a job offer from the nurse recruiter later that day.

Contacted by internal recruiter via indeed email, responded Yes interested but never received a follow up. 14 days later called the 866 number provided if the app to schedule did not work. Mean while, I called the phone of the person contacting me that was provided, never a call back. Finally, 3 weeks into the process, I am asked if I was still interested in applying, I state yes, we speak 3 days later. The next day I am asked via email, if I can come in 24 yours later for a interview with hiring managers. I do come in. 16 days after interview no response from HR. I call the hiring manager, via the switch board because no one provided business cards in interview. She is out on personal leave for 14 days. I send email to HR, no response, over the next 21 days I send and call my HR contact. No response, then I receive a bounce back out of office for 8 days so after 8 days I send 2 emails and call in 45 mins and I receive a email, "Still interviewing will circle back when ready."
