Flexibility - work life balance (But this may change after covid since they want people to go back to the office).

Cons

The company is on a continuos change. It's been for months! Know people that's been on 6 different teams on just 6 months. The product department don't know what to do and will keep you busy doing things that are gonna be thrown away. At the end you and everyone on the team are going to get to an unmotivated state after months of wasting your time. There is a high turnover, every month new people leave or get fired. No performance reviews on my case.
