      The benefits are great.

      Cons

      The leadership is all talk and no action. Disinterested, uneducated, untrained management staff. The amount of nepotism within this company is unprofessional. Safety is not their priority; MONEY is. The staff in leadership roles are looking out for themselves only. If you are a person of color, your chances of getting employed are slim and the caliber of employees that they have had for years are less likely to give you respect because you aren’t the right political party and color. Their Operations training (T.O.P.S. Program) lacks follow-up training and support and sets up one for failure.

      Great people, great customers and international colberation is outstanding.

      Cons

      Senior management spends too much time working on day to day issues that mid level managers should be able to handle. HR is non existented when it comes to helping with resolving issues. Senior managers are quick to blame others rather understanding is a lack of leadership.

      Management inability to support needs of department. Low budget for bringing in talent results in significant turnover. Advancement opportunities are hindered for talented resources due to lack of initiative to foster career growth.
