Mates are mostly great, you can learn a lot about technology in little time.

Cons

Everis was a good place to work because the company was growing but right now it's too big to get good raises and the money they pay you is less than the market is paying at the moment.

Great Benefits - 10% match on 401K - 100% paid health, dental, vision $250 work life balance pay - for child care, or gym membership (per month!) Growing company - chance to come in early Possibility to travel abroad Change in projects means your job can change - stays interesting Company really "cares" about its employees wellbeing
