Partners values, development possibilities, people is very motivated, and the strategic goals of the company area very challenged. It is a multinational experience, very transparent culture, and the management is very close to employees.

Cons

IT consulting sector is very exigent, the company is at continuosly development and that required to be always looking for the medium and long term and at the same time to respond the short term. It is vey dinamic and people need to be very flexible to adapt to changes.

flexible work environment generous benefits (well, just the gym and health benefits) networking opportunities with other consulting firms get to work with few, select smart people

Cons

leadership challenges in the US poor and misguided management - no realist foresight (especially Boston) HR is a disaster (inadequate director driven by ego and power) below market pay no bonus benefits are a farce (since most of it useless and/or won't be approved) too much political drama and growing pains no mobility (very few clients - so don't expect to be on different client sites) inauthentic brand identity don't expect any TLC from management, they only care about managing who is above them cultural disconnects
