      Pros

      A lot of career opportunities if you get your work done (always speaking about objectives not time). Plenty of great and young people to work with. Great place to start your career but not the best to stay in.

      Cons

      I wouldn't recommend everis for people searching work/life balance at all. All work is moved by (free) overtime that often is considered as a must or a life style. Your only compensation may be a promise of being promoted, of course without any guarantees.

      Pros

      I work at Birmingham location, and I can say that my experience has been really good. Nobody is forcing me to work overtime. From the technical perspective we have many Java, Spring Hibernate projects, we have really good architecture team. I can say Everis relationship with the client is very good at this moment, we are even acquiring new projects.

      Cons

      Big part of the team is of spanish speaking country.
