During my extended career, every time I reached 1-2 years in the same company I was starting to look for new opportunities. However, in eDO I have found all the career opportunities to grow and develop, the right work-life balance, remote-work flexibility and true company values to start motivated every new fiscal year.

Cons

The expectations are high, but the extra effort is compensated if objectives are achieved

I've worked at a few other places, but eDreams Odigeo really stands out. The company culture is awesome – everyone's super friendly, smart, and they genuinely care about their employees. I feel like I'm part of the team. Plus, the work itself is challenging and keeps me always motivated. It's a great place to learn and grow as a professional

While there's always room for improvement in any company, I haven't encountered any major drawbacks during my time at eDreams Odigeo
